Terms of Service

Annai Technologies (herein referred to as “Annai Hosting”) agrees to provide services to the Subscriber, subject to the following Terms of Service. Use of Annai Hosting’s service constitutes acceptance and agreement to Annai Hosting’s Terms of Service.
Annai Hosting reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service without notice.

Eligibility & Acceptance

In order to access our services, you are required to provide current and factual identification, contact, and other information as part of the registration process. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You are solely responsible for all content within your account. You agree to immediately notify Annai Hosting of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Annai Hosting will not be liable for any loss or damage as a result of your failure to provide us with accurate information or to keep your account secure. By registering for an account with your email address you are agreeing to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and all other clauses listed here forth. If you do not wish to accept these terms you can simply deactivate your account and not continue using it.

Account Setup / Email on file

We will setup your account after we have received payment and we and/or our payment partner(s) have screened the order(s) in case of fraud. It is your/customer’s responsibility to provide us with an email address which is not @ the domain(s) you are signing up. If there is ever an abuse issue or we need to contact you, the primary email address on file will be used for this purpose.
It is your responsibility to ensure the email address on file is current or up to date at all times. If you have a domain name registered with Annai Hosting, it is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information for your domain account and your actual domain name(s) is correct and up-to-date. Annai Hosting is not responsible for a lapsed registration due to outdated contact information being associated with the domain. If you need to verify or change this information, you should contact our sales team via email sales@annaitech.com. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. In dedicated server purchases or high risk transactions, it will be necessary to provide government issued identification and possibly a scan of the credit card / identity card used for the purchase. If you fail to meet these requirements, the order may be considered fraudulent in nature and be denied / suspended.


The credit/debit card holder or owner of the PayPal e-mail address which is utilized for payment or the person who pays the registration charge / renewal charge on the account is designated as the authorized owner of the account.


Our support team will make every effort to help you move your site/server to us. However, transfers are provided as a courtesy service, and we cannot make guarantees regarding the availability, possibility, or time required to complete an account transfer. Each hosting company is configured differently, and some hosting platforms save data in an incompatible or proprietary format, which may make it extremely difficult if not impossible to migrate some or all account data. We will try our best, but in some cases we may be unable to assist you in a transfer of data from an old host.

The free transfer services are available for 10 days from your sign up date. Transfers outside of the 10 day free period will incur a charge; please contact our support department with specific details to receive a price quote.
